Trust ICT Strategy

A strategy developed to support the needs of Teaching and Learning. This specific strategy is tailored to each individual school and documents the Trust ICT Vision for variety of technologies that are required to be followed by all Trust schools. This enables the Trust to have a consolidated hardware model across the Trust with regular hardware refresh rotations.

IT System Analysts

As our Head Of IT Services, Mitchell brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to the team. Responsible for overseeing the overall IT strategy and implementation ensuring that our technology initiatives align with the trust requirements and goals, making sure that Matrix Academy Trust is being constantly updated with the latest technology, whilst maintain efficiency for Teaching & learning.

Responsible for the backbone of our IT operations, Ryan designs and maintains our network infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premise. From ensuring high-speed connectivity to implementing security measures, Ryan plays a crucial role in keeping our systems running smoothly.

Our IT System Analysts are the friendly face of our IT support team. With a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to excellent customer service, our system Analysts are always on hand to assist not only our staff within their school’s, but also our IT Technicians should they face any difficulties. These are responsible for addressing technical issues, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive user experience.
